HealtHIE Nevada is a private nonprofit organization that was formed to provide the Nevadans and the state’s medical community with an accurate, real-time health information exchange. With so many questions from health care professionals and patients alike about electronic health records and how the information exchange would work, it was essential to create a site that would answer those questions clearly and concisely.

Writing for this client had to cover both aspects of HealtHIE Nevada: questions from patients, as well as those from physicians. The site also needed to serve double duty as a login site for physicians to manage their accounts.

The final result is a site that’s both user-friendly and a comprehensive resource, addressing the widely different needs of site visitors, whether prospective patient or healthcare professional.
